Providers at Winstar?

Curious? Are there providers at Winstar or are they strict up there? When I am at Winstar always thinking about trying to get together with a Friend, but not sure if there are any or how the best way to contact? Asking For A Friend!

Best to take your own with you. It's tribal land and if you get popped, it's a federal crime. They are certainly there, but is it worth the extra risk?
