Trying to add a review

The HOW TO WRITE A REVIEW post says to hit the NEW REVIEW button. Where is that? Is there a template to use for the review? If so, where do I find that?

You did it correctly a month ago in the spa section.
You can find a new review button in the Indy section too.

In the review forum click on the blue button in the upper left side that says "New Review"

So the "New Review" button shows up on the mobile version of the site but not the PC version of the website. I guess I'll just have to use my phone to enter reviews.
