Is Her Appearance That Important Or Are You Just Happy She Appeared?

Dayum, you have GOT to see that girl! You read reviews, looked at pictures and chose your provider. You pass her screening, yay! You might have even beat off a few times to a pic of her in anticipation of the event. You drive over to her incall, knock on her door and it opens...

You make that mental comparison to make sure she's the woman who's supposed to be standing there. What goes on in your mind at this point? Are you stoked? Are you confused? Are you embarrassed to admit that you can't remember what she's supposed to look like?

I'm not talking about bait-n-switch or someone else's idea of "attractive". From your perspective how differently do we look from our photos? Does it matter and how does it matter? If you came to see me and I wasn't skinny and blue, would that be a deal breaker? What appointment really stands out in your mind as a not-bait-and-switch-but was a surprise?

Discuss.

Joking aside - I do find it kind of an 'awww ' moment when I see all kinds of pictures in a showcase or ad where the provider is in heels, stockings, bra/corset basically all kinds of sexy, only to have her open the door in sweats. Now, that's not to say she can't look good in sweats, just not the mental image I had ready that was keeping the motor revving at high rpms. It was quite the shocker (in a good way) when I met the first provider after filling out my p411 and she greeted me in what I considered the 'ideal' outfit. Yowza!

I've had it happen more than a few times at the Dallas AMPs, where the bozos who (rumor has it) get free sessions in exchange for their commercials disguised as reviews will very often describe 45 year old women as girls in their late twenties, and can always be counted on to drop twenty to thirty pounds off the girls frame.

I have found that the best practices involve girls who provide full body pictures without cutesy coverups. If you can see the skin tone, then it probably hasn't been airbrushed. If you can't see the stomach, there is usually a reason. I get along great with smart girls but I pay for beauty.

Basically, if you would be willing to have sex with me for free after you saw me and before you got to know my great personality, I'd be willing to do it with you, but you wouldn't be the kind I would pay. Beauty is to men what romance must be for women.

I get what FunInDFW is saying, tho (and LOL @ the Eddie Izzard avatar..."Dressed to Kill" is one of the funniest comedy routines EVER!!!)

However, when the door opens and a girl looks completely different than her photos, It's extremely weird! And, most of the time, a lot of people talk about body type with regard to this. And, that's one thing. A provider's photos should be "up to date." But what gets me often is showing up and I feel like I barely even recognize her face!

When it comes to beauty, I like tits and ass as much as the next guy, but what I might find more important is just how "pretty" a girl is.

I ONLY see women I'm attracted to...whether it's their face, body, "skills".....or because I like the way they post (or any combination thereof).

If I'm going based off of looks....or if that's any part of it.....I do everything I can to get as close of an idea as possible about what she looks like.

And, looking thru showcases, it's crazy how different someone can look, even from one photo to the next.

As I also said on the thread about photos in reviews, tho, I'll take candid photos over professional photos any day of the week.

Back on track, what if it's a Seinfeld, Strike episode, kind of thing? Also what degree of airbrushing are you willing to accept before you just say "Come on, really?!"

And ladies, what do you find acceptable to change in your pics? For instance, I think it's smart to brush out tattoos and birthmarks. What do you think?

To this day I've never had any airbrushed pics and I find that my clients LOVE that. Any and all flaws show in my pics so I don't need to worry about any disappointments later. It also feels so good every time I hear "wow, you look a lot better than your pictures!" (Also stated in my reviews) But I do see the need for some ladies to airbrush tattoos and birthmarks to stay UTR. That's just a discretion thing not a "deception" thing. But thumbs up to all the beautiful airbrushed pics bcuz they are still super sexy!

I think FuninDFW nailed it ...
Most of the showcases contain glamour photos or showing the lady in super sexy outfits like corsets, garters, stockings, nighties and perfect makeup ... and yes, there is a disappointment when your mental image is in that sexy photo and she opens in sweats with a ponytail and no makeup ...
Its a shocker, and could be considered as if we are comparing two different persons ...

It comes to my mind when some time ago I saw in a magazine pictures of famous Hollywood movie stars without makeup ... I remember going like

Ladies, I know it takes time, but makeup and a sexy outfit will make a huge difference ...

Who would you fuck? The girl on the left or the one on your right?
Surprise, its the same girl .. BP?

I wonder if a mix of glamour and candid photos would help or harm business? Maybe if you specify on your profile will do glamour or girl next door by request to set expectations.

As far as the OP's question goes, I have not had an experience thus far where the pics and in person provider do not match up. IMO, as long as the photos in the provider's showcase are kept accurate (meaning she updates her pics at least once a month) and those pics are in focus, varying angles, not fuzzy, too small, taken from too far away or in bad lighting and show her in at least a clothing type to reveal her entire figure, not just her good side, then there should be no surprises when a guy meets her for his first appointment with her.

Women know what they look like. Wheter it's here, some online dating site, or Facebook; most women who are confident about their bodies/looks will show them off without hesitation.

A man with a reasonable ability to learn should be able to figure that out and adjust expectations accordingly. Sure there are still surprise exceptions, but some guys watch too much porn and always expect a woman in full make-up with her hair flawlessly done.

From attending socials I have found that most providers do not look as good as their showcases, so I have lowered my expectations. I will take a 6 instead of a 10 almost every time because I primarily choose a provider based on menu, donation, TCB, BCD and personality details I gather from reviews and intel from hobbyists.

Review pics are more accurate and weigh more in my choices than showcase pics. My next session is an exception because I have seen her in person but not BCD, but she is so striking to me that I want to see her based on appearance only. That happens sometimes for the true beauties. At my age I feel fortunate to able to see so many providers that I find attractive.
