Yeah, a full year of obstructionism on this deal will totally end the Republican Party. You gotta wonder what odds they're getting on a GOP candidate winning the White House. Would they rather have an Obama appointee or a Sanders or Clinton appointee? oR would the GOP want to wait on the possibility of a Cruz appointee?

Best option for everybody will to find an Obama nominee the cab live with, otherwise, like JL is so fond of saying, the Republicunts will be totally and completely fucked.

You can, all ties are decided on lower courts decisions.

I think Obama will end up making a recess appointment. There are some big cases under consideration.
