Why does ECCIE allow theives to post after they admit their guilt?

Especially when they just joined too , No Reviews, No Posts,
just out to steal and get over and admitting it in their BS threads, yet no one moderates their actions in their postings or membership.

They'll just create another anonymous handle even if they're banned... Seems pointless. Sorry to hear about what happened to you, though. Be careful.

Point is they are still a member and not banned..you would think that a Mod WOULD NOT allow him to respond whatsoever AFTER admitting his guilt.
I have had these "warnings" about pics,rates etc..which I feel is a double standard especially when you see a girl sucking a cock on the Home Page here for an Advertisement,but they don't police a thief as a member. Go figure.

Its better that they're not. Trust me. If they get banned they will come up with a 2nd handle, til that one gets banned, and then another, etc. At least you know this handle and can avoid it..as well as the ladies know who he is and can avoid him too. Otherwise its like what im dealing with,, playing "guess his new handle"... if he had been around longer than its VERY easy to figure out new handles.. because they always type the same... at least when ladies screen.. they will know what kind of jerk he is.

This guy admitted to shortchanging Rachelina, and then stealing a purse from her because he thought it contained money. All he got was a purse full of condoms, but what if it contained her iD, credit cards, or money? This is more serious and disturbing than anyone can imagine. I thought eccie was for the protection of everyone. True, if he is banned, he may create another handle......but I say .....ban him now and worry about the rest later!

At the time he posted in the review thread your alert was not posted. There was no way to know who or what he was at that time. Since incidents like the one you described occur away from this site, they are beyond the purview of the Staff and are not actionable. We are not the Hobby Police. Unless one of his posts, PM's or actions violate one of the rules of the Forum Guidelines there is nothing that can be done.

However, his posts in your thread in the SA Alerts forum speak for themselves. They show everyone who and what he really is. That alone does more for you than any moderation.

The guy is scum, and as with most scum he doesn't care. Read his posts: he thinks his actions demonstrate how superior he is and he is proud of what he did.

I am sorry this happened to you and I hope you DO post this guy's info on all the provider warning boards you can. I can almost guarantee that if you had walked back in earlier and saw him taking your purse he is the type who may well have gotten violent because he truly believes the world owes him whatever he thinks he wants. I got cash and dashed on BP, couple months later I see the exact same ads with new name and number, so I can empathize with you on this. However other than keeping your eyes wide open, and making sure it doesn't happen again, there's nothing you can do about it. Sooner or later you have to get over it, and sooner is better for your mental well being. Sorry this happened to you!
