Just a heads up...

Keep getting messages so I realized I should probably post here as well. Just don't pop on here often anymore but I'm out of "full" commission for the next couple weeks due to an emergency surgery early Saturday morning. 3 incisions in my abdomen equals no heavy lifting or overstretching for next 2-3 weeks. Light activity still allowed luckily but just a heads up for those that have been trying to reach out.
