Just an FYI... Charli's TRYST account was hacked! The pictures are her, but the email and phone numbers were changed and she is not out touring the country. She is local in DFW, the contact info in my review are current and accurate.

Probably because the review was written in November of last year? Don’t respond to reviews older than 90 days…pretty sure that’s one of the sticky notes.

30 days is the rule (Guideline #12), even if enforcement has been a little lax lately.

After 30 days of inactivity on the review thread itself, not 30 days after the review, you're not supposed to post on it to bump that thread. But since the review threads are not locked after 30 days of inactivity, occasionally, there's always someone who does.

A perfect example of why is the review above. The reviewed provider's ad that was linked is no longer there and possibly, the provider may not be providing anymore. Now, one of the exceptions to the guideline of posting to stale review threads is if the provider is still providing yet has a different ad up or something to that nature.
