There shouldn't be any penalty because it's basically illegal to mix government with free enterprise. why should Government demand a Brewery to include calories on a fucking Beer Label. First of all Beer doesn't provide any RDA nutrients like real food does. So who gives a crap about how much calories Beer has. The people who run this country are brain dead losers.
