Meeting non-providers in Milwaukee area

Any recommendation on places to go around Milwaukee?

Places to
(a) have fun,
(b) meet new people and
(c) places with potential to meet some kind, interesting, regular women too.

Although I don't frequent bars and dance clubs much, I would like to hear about a variety of places, including those venues. Specifics are appreciated.

I've also got some time to kill in the area before Sept. 1st.
