Scoot - one operated in Ballston Spa for years before getting busted about 5 years ago. So maybe - maybe not.

South, I could see one on the outer ends of BSpa but right in the middle of town would be risky. Its almost like a mini Saratoga Broadway in that area. Lottsa families and locals. But I could be wrong.its not central ave or Schenectady
