New Casino

Rolled up to the Del lago Casino opening day.... Very very sad... Twice in the first 30 mins at the black jack table play was stopped because the dealer bent/marked the card and we had to wait for new decks...... The dealer didnt know a Ace and 9 is 20 and called it 19....i was like ummmmm no..... Then when the table gets hot to shut it down they come over with the marker chip and place it on the table telling everyone the stakes are going up in 30 mins. Now they do that at Turning stone but there if you are already seated the stakes stay what they were for you....not here though... They struggle to figure out the pay out amounts at craps... oh and unless you pay for one of the upper tiers of players clubs drinks are not comped..... wtf is this shit... Hotel not ready.... Back parking lot not ready everyone crammed into the front lot....Really expected more..... sad sad sad.....

I really think they threw it together much like Preston Tucker did with his cars.....there had to have been some sort of deal with the state because I heard the area residents already got their taxes cut 50% upon opening day.......just my opinion, but after seeing some stories about casinos elsewhere in their first few days, I am staying away until at least 6 months goes by....

I went this morning it wasn't busy and the staff did good at the tables I played at. Played for 3hrs and went home with more hobby money then what I came with..
