I can show you some programs based on what you're wanting regarding either trimming up or toning with muscles but I have a hard time commiting to the 6 days a week necessary (I work out at home but sometimes at 10 Fitness) but I can give you guidance to get you started on a proven program then eventually you take it from there without needing someone there for weeks on end. After 13 weeks of it you just restart the scheduled workouts. And I love having workout friends. You have to play down the "personal trainer" aspect at the gym because that cuts into their sales.
