Over 30's singles club....

Hello fellow hobbyist. Can anyone give me some recommendations on some good 30's and over club? I'm looking for a place that's somewhat diverse, and not looking to hang around the young crowd. Just a place to go for a few drinks, dancing, in a "dress to impress" type atmosphere. Looking to meet people and ladies and finally to get out of my shell.
