Arlington massage busts

Hey guys I usually dont post alerts because usually they are a waste of time. But tonight I saw something that I wanted to let you guys know about. I was eating with a friend at splendid china next to the foot spa on the corner of cooper and sublet. I saw a man in plain clothes coming out with one of the ladies in handcuffs. A few minutes later another guy comes out with a guy that's handcuffed. And they drive away but the spa remained open. About 20 minutes later a tow truck comes and tows a truck in front of the spa. Dont know if it belonged to that guy or not. I don't know if the police walked in on them having sex. Not sure if this is an isolated thing or if other massage places are involved just be careful going to massage places in arlington this weekend

If someone walked in on them having sex, is that breaking the law?
