what do you mean? Flash chat should load up for you right in the browser, unless you are using an Ipad or any device which does not have flash installed.

Which browser are you using? Is the Flash plug-in installed?

If you are trying to install flash, install from adobe's site only. (why install from any other site when you can get it from the manufacturer, for free)

I figured it out if you install google chrome it will install the flash chat 123 automatically
