How to link to my REVIEW

I am a little lost in a few things when It comes to this site.. I am not sure what kind of member I am but I am unable to post ads in the cities that I am visiting and I also have gotten a review on here and I am not sure how I can link it back to me.. I know someone will be able to help me out with this.. sorry new to the site but not the hobby.. thanks ahead of time
