Mobile version for phone

on my old HTC Inspire phone when I used the browser to get into eccie it asked me if I wanted to use the mobile version - which I did.

but on this phone, a Galaxy S3 using Opera browser it doesn't ask me that.

is there a way to invoke the mobile version?

Doesn't it have the option at the bottom of your home page? I know I had a galaxy note 2 and that is how I did it!!
