Access to my provider account

Hey. I'm actually LilylovelessSATX, I haven't been on in awhile. I cannot access my provider account! I've tried twice tonight resetting my password. No dice. It still says invalid. Idk what to do so I used this old account I'd made to do couple dates just so I could get on here and post this. Can y'all help me out?
