Apparently not. They sent out the new number to what seems to me as their long-standing customers. Maybe you need to get re screened? I don’t doubt your security clearance and I hope for safety reasons nobody sends him the new number without LA approval.

Did you try to re submit info on the site? That is how most people are getting the new number. Is the site working for you?

Just email them yesterday and got their new phone number within 30 mins. Something must be wrong on your side
