How long does it take for a posting to be approved?

Not real sure on all of the changes here, I posted this morning around 8am and it said that it had to be approved by Mod. Was wondering how long that normally takes? Thanks

I sent a private message to one of the mods and he responded saying it was up and it was there. I don't know where!!

I have to place my provider ad on a Sunday? Which is supposed to be part of our weekend ad.?
And if tere is a glitch in the site..
Shouldn't we know about it?
