Best street tacos?

dallasfan's Avatar
I’ve tried el paisa, fuel city and fox fuel.

Fox fuel in Balch springs I would have to say is the best of the three.
El paisa on Harry Hines comes in second. The one in Lewisville off of 35 is nasty though.
Fuel city I did not like the meat taste funny. Beef shouldn’t taste like chicken. Lol

Any others worth trying?

Didn't we had a thread for this?

Found it:

El Paisa is good but they are not open 24 hours.

El Tacaso is in the gas station building.

Here's some photos to inspire you to go there NOW!

There are two different "3 Hermanos Taqueria" restaurant locations. One is on Pleasant Run Rd in Lancaster, and the other is on Ovilla Rd in Red Oak. The Guisado De Res and Grilled Chicken Tacos are both excellent there. I haven't tried any of the other ones.

Left the strip club.

Got hungry.

Grabbed me some El Tacaso $1.50 tacos on the way home.

3 fajitas and 3 pork pastor.

Fucking way better than Taco Bell!

Dang. Are they really as small as they look. At other places, three tacos would fill a box. I gots to get me some grill onions on mines.
CG2014's Avatar
Yes they are but they are also $1.50 each.

But each one was filled with meat.

They weren't stingy on the meat.

What other places?

Are they also open 24/7?

Please share the info.

Thanks.

Could be an optical illusion. Like el paisa has the corn taco that are smaller. But the flour ones seem like 3 or 4 would fill the box and fill me up. I don’t think el paisa is 24 hours but fox fuel may be. I used to could stay out til the sun came out but I pay for it now when I do. Lol

Not street tacos I guess but the Baja shrimp at torchys tacos. I get a craving for those all the time.

The Fox Fuels tacos look smaller than what I got from El Tacaso.

I think the meat at Fox is dry. Fuel City has lost its touch.. But their corn is good. There is a place right next to Race Tack on NW highway/ webb chapel.. I mean they go hard !! It is so good. Lol. Damn it.. Now im have to go over there today !
