I initially thought to limit the Poll to when a Provider first started offering FS, but then there are so many possible activities that generate a release, that why should the Poll be limited to FS? In the end, it is about paying for a service; whatever that may be.
Quick search of Providers listing in Houston is 272 (many are no longer active), so the population base of the Poll will be small. The Poll is not limited to Houston only Providers. Any Provider on Eccie is free to submit their answer.
