WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE HOLIDAY SEASON....?!?!?

LEAST FAVORITE: THE MALL!!!! OMG IT IS OUT OF CONTROL AND PEOPLE KNOCK ME OVER

FAVORITE:I WOULD HAVE TO SAY UMMMM PRESENTS LOL OF COURSE

MISS YOU ALL AND HOPE YOU ARE STAYING WARM THIS WEATHER SHOULD BE ILLEGAL LOL
Yes the Holiday Season. What a joyous time of the year.... yuck!
Easily my least favorite part of the holiday is the damn holiday music in every friggin store. Same songs over and over....
Close second is the ridiculous credit card statement in January.
Favorite part of the holiday is watching the little critters opening their presents.

There's a party in m panties every day except holidays!

I have to say ba humbug to what holidays have come to. It's all about stress, commercialism, extra chores, and less time with the family. You're too busy working extra hours to afford it, shopping and putting up decorations to step back and actually spend quality time with those you love.

I too love the looks and awe of the children I like to take the slow drive home and view neighborhoods with nice light displays. Making gingerbread houses Seeing loved ones and reconnecting Refreshing my pianist skills on the Christmas selections.

I'm with Chloe, it's getting too hectic & commercial! I saw Christmas decorations in Target 2 weeks before thanksgiving this year.

chloe.....we made the holiday season much better this weekend
ohh yea ..well I have to say I did think about it for a minute...I came
up with this;

My fav:
Def watching the smiles of my kids while we
are out and about during the evening hours and they see
the pretty christmas lights......

And for me..my personal fav is Spiked eggnog..and just the great spiked cidars...

Non fav:NO SPIKED EGGNOG OR CIDERS!!!!!
I agree with ya Anita!!! There isn't anything bad about the holidays that dampers this chicka unless no alcohol is involved!!! Even spending all that hard earned $$ doesn't make me mad/sad or angry. It's the season of giving!!

Oh and for all of you blah Christmas stuff out in October.... I say THANK YOU stores!!! Many know I moved into my "old" apartment last year in January. So having no Christmas decorations or tree... it was nice to get a head start on my collection. So I didn't have to spend it all and have slim pickings come Nov/Dec when people finally started shopping.

This year My favorite part of Christmas will be happening in about an hour and a half when we go to the airport to welcome home our Son who is in the United States Army and he has not been home since last Christmas. He is on leave for two weeks.
My least favorite part of Christmas is all the hustle and traffic. People have no patience when it comes to driving during this time of year.
I for one do not shop in the places that the crouds are. I go to small out of the way places with shops that are independently owned therefore dealing with more qualified personel instead of the part timers that are hired just for the holidays. I also find that in the smaller shops the quality of items purchased are far better than those at the big box stores.
The eye candy is also a plus in the smaller shops than what you see at walmart.
So glad to hear your son is coming hom wny.... and you can tell him I said thank you for all his services!!
