Still get PA for reviews?

Just wondering. Usually it says pending but my most recent one didn’t even have that automatically on it. Anyone know?

If your encounter report isn't dispositioned within 24 hours, reach out to the moderators or post in Question for the Staff.

There is a glitch in the system where sometimes encounter reports don't get automatically added to the moderating queue.
