Well, President Madura just might be running a TV ad campaign on cable TV touting his new "Venezuelan Diet", where weight loss is guaranteed.

There are a few catches. First, elect yourself a left wing Dictator for life. Then adopt a Socialist Agenda, make your national currency worthless, and drive your main industries into the ground.

The pounds will just melt away.

The US franchise rights for this new weight loss program will be owned by Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

The only trouble is that a large portion of your weight loss following this plan would be lean body mass. But, hey, let's be fair. You can't really expect a state mandated plan to address quality control issues, can you?
