I've been away from the scene for almost 8 months ...I am confused about all the changes and where I can find the board to find ways to fill my time ..??? If it's not to much trouble please message a link to all the new rules and places to post . Thank you in advance xoxox

The short answer is that ECCIE is now only a review and discussion site.
Ladies may post images to their image gallery but cannot post ads. Information on the new image rules and the galleries themselves can be found in the first two posts in the Site Announcements.
ISOs (by either men or women) are not allowed.
A post by a lady is considered an ad if it provides contact information, specific availability, a specific location, rates, or mentions/implies sexual services.
