Writing reviews!

Where do you go to write a review? Maybe I'm blessed be or dumb, but can't find where to go to write one.

I need more info to give you specific help. However, assuming it is an Independent Provider, go to the Independent Provider Review Forum in the city you saw the lady. At the top left you will see a blue "New Review" button. Click the button and fill in the blanks. If you have specific questions, PM me.
