Hello all!! I'm arriving in Arizona for the first time ever tomorrow and I'm excited to explore your beautiful state. Truth be told, I'm a yankee from Pennsylvania where we have a lot of mountains and trees....so I know I'm in for a visual culture shock lol.
I'm looking for places to have some new and unexpected opportunities. I do travel with my dog....a heathen boxer who is spoiled beyond belief....so I have to make sure I can take him with me or plan to leave him safely at my hotel.
I'll be in Yuma first, as I am visiting family while I'm here too. Then Tuscon on the way back to Texas. I definitely have the Joshua Tree National Park on my list, but definitely looking for suggestions!!
