Found nothing on Tineye, but the More Images More Results links turn up another add with the same number, but different girl. One post from Dayton OH on October 1st.

I went back and forth with her last night. First she wanted a dick pic. I refused of course. Then she wanted $20 deposit. Who knows if it is even a woman. I put this one is the "fake" category.
