All these places are under assault by the state who is trying to hang SOB tags on them and collect the pole tax. That's why TMZ shut down. TPC is actually trying to fight it. I doubt they'll win and I imagine that's why they haven't opened their planned third location near Cypresswood and 45.



Essentially, if the establishment is considered to provide any kind of entertainment they can be considered a SOB. That means no V/E. No porn. Doors to rooms must be shut etc...



It sucks that the State will go to such lengths to regulate what consenting adults do among themselves when there are much bigger problems that really do affect us all. It's a waste of time and resources whether it's swingers or P4P.

With things opening up more, which Pendulum location or other LS club is the hottest now?

TPC provides a more cozy atmosphere which makes meeting people a little easier actually. TNG for instance is so spread out that it just doesn't have the same atmosphere. TNG has more floor space and can set up well for parties and such.
TPC North is well done. It's got a kind of New Orleans feel to me. It has a couple of common play areas and some private rooms(kind of small though).
Hempstead is nice too. The layout is a little different but it works well. Of the two I'd say north is overall a nicer club. I don't know anything about TPC south.



It seems that the state may have backed off, perhaps because of covid, who knows.

By providing entertainment, porn on a TV or even allowing V/E, the state can claim they fall under the auspices of a SOB.

Remember when you could walk into a titty bar free of charge? The state implemented a fee dubbed the "pole tax" on anyone who entered the SOB. Like sales tax the the business is responsible for collecting and reporting and had to pay $10 pp or something like that. Now they just pass that on to the customer. TMZ got hit with the pole tax retroactively on all the customers who went into their place over the span of 10 years or whatever it was. It added up to several hundred thousand $ that the owners weren't expecting.

Investigators hit TPC Heampstead before the pandemic and saw naked women and PDS. They tried to say that was entertainment and declare them a SOB. Apparently the owner had some good representation because it kind of seemed to go away and they don't seem all that concerned about it. At one time they had a plea on their website for donations to help pay to fight it. I suspect they probably got some pretty healthy ones. Way better than what I gave.



TNG does not play porn on any TVs. TPC does. TNG insists that nipples and genitalia are covered at all times unless you are in one of the rooms and then the door must remain closed.
TPC doesn't care. At North they have one very open play area, one secluded play area and the private rooms have a rope and a door. If you want someone to join you leave both open. If you just want to be watched you put the rope up. If you want privacy close the door.


For anyone wanting to go but hasn't...what the hell are you waiting for? Walking through the door really is the hardest part. Inside you will find some incredibly accepting people. All body types, shapes, sizes, colors, ages and it's all cool. People are their to fulfill fantasies, make friend, watch, be watched or just chill in a sexy environment. Newbies complain that it can feel very cliquish and while there are some cliques most people are just super respectful of boundaries so if someone is being a wallflower they get exactly what they put into it. If you want to get to know people you have to be outgoing. Single dudes mostly are wall flowers. LOL It can be frustrating to couples who might want to have a single guy join them.


Just one other thing. Please leave any thoughts of P4P outside the doors. Swinger's clubs are not the place for it and it can quickly fuck up a good thing for a lot of people who aren't bothering anyone else.
