How Do You Review?

I saw a provider last night, and I can not for the life of me figure out how to give her a review. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Go to the "Independent Provider Review" section of your local Board. Click on the "New Review" tab at the top of the page and then fill in the fields.

Tip: Write your ROS comments on a separate Word document and do your editing there, then cut-and-paste the comments into the "Rest of the Story" field. Do this in case there is a technical glitch or you accidentally mess up and submit the review before it's ready and will avoid your having to go back and recreate the ROS text. When you're satisfied that you've completed ALL of the fields, hit the "Submit" button.
