Super confused and frustrated

Talk about not user friendly. I can't figure out how to register as a provider, post pics, introduce myself, get reviews. holy cow! I have a friend from back home who referred me but trying to be slick i erased his message with user name! Help! Clients on the line and they are relying on this site ;(
