You're basically there. There is no separate ISO forum in the Tennessee section. Primarily because Tennessee isn't Texas, and posting ISOs here doesn't tend to work very well.

You're out of luck a second time. I'm pretty sure in the close to ten years I've been here I've yet to see a provider member based in Martin. It's possible that you might find someone in Clarksville; I suspect that's your best bet, though the vast majority of hobby activity in TN will be found in Memphis and Nashville, with a bit less in Knoxville and Chattanooga.
