Lafayette, Lake Charles, Nola and Baton Rouge...
I visited Baton Rouge for the first time last month. I met some absolutely wonderful gentlemen and will be returning for a visit again soon. I have never visited Lafayette, Lake Charles or Nola before. I'm wondering if there might be interest in me visiting? If I decide to visit would you mind telling me what areas to stay in and where to avoid? Where is the one place I should definitely eat at when visiting?
I’ll see you if you come to Lafayette or back to Redstick.
E Kaliste Saloom Rd has some nice hotels and it’s safe. Evangeline Thruway around the interstate and near the airport would prob be the areas to avoid. IMO.
As far as places to eat , I like Bon Temps Grill on Verot School rd. But honestly you can stop at a gas station in Lafayette and get good food. Lol
Nola is bomb. Downtown, or around causeway is popular. If you like italian there's literally like 5 all around causeway by the mall.
