Social media, Apps, etc?

Does anyone use social media or any type of instant messenger for hobby related communication? If you prefer to pm, that is fine. Obviously, I am not talking about a facebook page, but I am trying to keep all options open.

Thanks, working on a new website. Not sure I will have time to deal with the social media, but I was trying to see if it was worth the effort.

I really like it when I find that a provider has a twitter account. It just comes across as more personable.

If you're looking for a messenger, check out kik. It's a lot like the facebook messenger, only it doesn't require a facebook account.

Yeah, it would be nice to have some sort of messenger account for previously verified clients. Would be convenient for both. I'm about to launch a new website, just trying to weigh all the options.
