That place died when Nina left. That was over 14 months ago. She was replaced with the old woman you just saw. I came in the day after Nina told me she left, saw the old one and drove right back to my work site.
That the old woman is still there means the place doesnt make enough money for the business to bring in younger hotter talent. It also means they wont get police attention since guys arent gonna drive that far for a fat 50 year old and a mediocre L1, but who cares if you dont want whats being offered?
