If you post on backpage and use a phone no. even if it spell it out like 555 five five five 5555 there is someone or something is taking that phone no. and posting it on webpages saying you are connected to the police.

Don't believe it! thank God a client told me that my no. was on two of those sites.
I quickly changed my phone no. and will no longer post it on listings.

Different sites have been re-posting BP (and back-when, CL) ads for many many years.
These are just the latest ones.

I just did a search on my number same thing I will be changing it
These sites have "ad removal forms" so are probably trolling for real life info from providers that think submitting their info will get the LE info removed from their phone number.

After reading this I looked up my number and seen such a add ! I have never been in trouble with the law ....not sure what to do about the add
There is no "LE info" on http://www.escortbusts.com

The site simply collects all the Backpage escort ads they can, defeats escort attempts to make their phone numbers difficult to read - in other words, 41five#@eight57)32^^nine8 is decoded to 415-857-3298 - and lists every escort by phone number. Then they automatically insert claims (for EVERY escort phone number) that the escort has been busted, is being investigated by police, etc.

Further, the main purpose of this site seems to be to "drive" its (male) readers to the cr#p site AdultFriendFinder dot com by scaring them away from seeing escorts.
