Premium vs Elite / Looking for input

Ive been around for a bit. Since the glory days of ASPD in fact... I would like to know what I need to do to earn premium access... Otherwise considering the Elite just because its easy. I admit, I dont always write reviews, etc and my participation is low. I just kinda lost the energy as a result of losing all the work from ASPD... I am P411 verified, so there is that, too.
