Anyone know where Mercianna is at?

Anyone know where she is at? She has my car and will not return it. I've called, texted, and emailed her with no response. I thought I would check here first before I report it stolen. I originally had let her use the car on the 6th and was suppose to be one night only. Two days later she returns and asked if I'd be willing to sell the car and finance it for her if she put a good downpayment on it. I said yes and we made plans to meet and draw up the paperwork. This is when all hell broke loose and she got kicked out of her incall and she tells me she no longer has money but if I will wait a day or two she will get it and then more by the end of the week. Well four days past and no contact and no return calls and etc. I ended up finding her myself and after a ton of excuses she promises she will have money that night and tells me she has a lot of appointments. Like an idiot I let her keep the car and now here I am trying to find her. She responded to one of my text last night scolding me and said she was extremely busy and she will bring cash to me last night. When I asked where she was I got no answer from her. So to make a long story short I've got the entire string of text messages if anyone wanted to verify all of this. At this point I just want the car and again still trying to help her by not reporting it stolen but I'm going to have to as she is leaving me no other options. So if anyone knows the part of town she is in I will go pick up the car. I know better than to try and help someone because it always ends this way.

Actually, if she was supposed to return it by a set date and did not.... then yes, he can report it stolen.

I think at some point its stealing when you say she is borrowing it, and never returns it. Its in his name, not hers. At the very least, they would return the car to him and she would have to sue for anything they had arranged, at least I believe this to be the case.

From the OP's post, this is all a verbal deal. With nothing on paper, and him willingly giving her the keys, the cops will not treat this as a stolen car. They will force her to give it back when they discover it's in his name, but you loaned it on the 6th for one night, and 20 days later she still has your car and you have no money? What are you waiting for, an invitation?

Can you not have someone call and book an appointment just to find out her location? If you were my friend I'll ride with out you and jack that shit in 2 seconds.
