I am STUNNED by the sheer STUPIDITY of the majority of the callers in this city. It is UNBEARABLE and easily one of the worst places I've ever visited for work. I am no longer taking calls. To do so would cause me to pull all my hair out and well that wouldn't look nice.

Blunt feedback, but perhaps she's attracting the wrong kind of caller. It also means many are not versed in approach, which could well mean newbies abound in the metro, or worse, many are uncouth in placing phone inquiry.
