Never pay up front without confirming they are able to take you immediately. Learned that lesson several times. I walk out after 30 mins and make a big stink when that happens.

(Plus I empty their candy bowl if they don't come out when I'm scooting)

New? New to you. Usually very predictable and solid L1 service. Something was wrong. Like the other guy said, always be prepared to bail.

Greystone has been there a long time( look at number of review on other site) . Used to be one of my top two, but service level changed about a year ago. Don’t visit there any more. Too bad.
