Do providers realize that self taken "front of the mirror" pics dont make them look that marketable? (IMHO) Do guys care? I want to hear what ya'll have to say...

I think a mix works. Some of the 'front of the mirror' type I know are real, as in not photo-shoped or touched up.

Many, many people here actually favor the cell phone shots and hammer anyone who points out their flaws. It' pretty amazing really.
