By a narrow decision (but still a decision) the SCOTUS struck down the Obamacare mandate that privately owned companies were required to provide abortion drugs to female employees. Hobby Lobby was right! Let's hear it for religious freedom and the first amendment!
They also said that healthcare providers were not required to (see forced) pay union dues to a union that they didn't want to belong to. This goes on to include healthcare workers who also happend to be relatives of the patient. Narrow opinion that only effects a single state so far and some people. How about that freedom to work and the right to associate!
