Ha! Problem solved. You fixed it before I even asked. You Rock!!!

It's not automatic. Mods have to manually assign reviews to providers when they log in and have the time to do it. If it hasn't been done in a few days you may want to ask. They usually get to it within a day or two so don't expect it to happen as soon as the review is posted or within a few hours.
