If you're referring to the tummy tuck I'm having, that isn't going on until Jan 19th. All weight I've lost so far has been through genuine, hard as hell, 'bout to kill me diet and exercise! I joined a fitness center in late September and continue to go faithfully...most times daily, in fact.
