All this Newstalk about that balloon and the twelve-mile limit got me thinking . . .

So on a cruise ship, beyond the twelve-mile limit, all local laws cease to apply regarding gambling and drinking etc.

Now, how could that be used to set up an escort cruse? You load up in Galveston or Miami and when sufficiently far offshore the party begins. Say it is just a day cruse or maybe an overnight.

Another scheme might be a "brothel Boat" where the ship is already out there, and the hobbyists are taken out to it for an evening or a weekend . . .whatever works.

There must be smaller cruise ships available for lease. The cruse events would be of short duration, probably without a destination, just out and back for an overnight or weekends.

In the scenario where the ship docks in port, it might be a sort of BYO, but there could be trafficking issues.

In the scenario where the hobbyists are transported out to the ship, the providers would not leave the ship and trafficking issues might be avoided or circumvented. This would be more like an all-inclusive sex resort business plan with a cruise line business plan superimposed.

There are a lot of Swinger cruises, just bring your favorite girl.
