Can someone tell me if there is a water to edit an encounter report?? Apparently,my ROS is lacking? Granted, I didn't write a novel. But can anyone honestly say they don't know what went down and how the provider was based on my report?

There is a small window of time to edit a review, but it closes quickly. Were you told by a mod that your ROS was insufficient for credit? If so, which mod?
