Boehner was out foxed by Obama. Obama increased his spending spree for this occasion just so he could "reduce" it to an amount that is actually above what it was before. Three years with no budget, but Boehner is foxed into negotiating "budget cuts."...........laughable !

Obama's budgets were voted down multiple times by the Senate...Not one vote for Obama's extravagant budgets. NOT ONE VOTE. Even the socialist Bernie Sanders couldn't vote "aye" for Obama's budget. Like I said, the House approved several budgets and all of them would have passed in the Senate had Reid let it come up for a vote. Even Democrats would have voted "yes" on the House budgets ! Reid knew it, so he denied the Senate a chance to vote.
