Referrals for Guys?

While looking through some guys profiles at reviews and stuff I notice that some have referrals but I have never seen how to give one to somebody, am I blind and just missing something?

You can give a referral when another provider contacts you and ask about someone you have seen and know about.

When somebody first signs up for an account i believe it ask if somebody referred you and you put in there username ... i believe

Referrals on a profile do NOT mean that a provider has approved the guy. It means that people whom the guy referred to ECCIE then joined ECCIE.

Do not mistake the "referrals" for an OK like you would see on a guy's P411 account or a RECOMMEND like you would see on a guy's DATE-CHECK account.
