How Does a New Guy Get an Appointment?

I've been with the same woman for 32 years and decided it is time to seek variety outside. I have texted and emailed several beautiful ladies from the Austin area and have only gotten a couple of replies. Both require that I have already been with another member and must submit that name before consideration. I am sure they all are worried about LE setups and that I can understand. Is there a place I can go to for a background check that will satisfy these ladies?

Or, if you have a hobby friend who is already established to give you a recommendation. That's how I got into the Eccie girls.

Some ladies will go through an intense screening process if you are new, but it may be things like a pay stub to show where you work(ensure not LE), then they will want to see your DL(to match the stub). There are even some who will get you to just come and talk, then they will decide from that interview.

I’m in the same boat. Here’s what I’ve done so far. Not having a hobby-friend, I set up one date, but couldn’t verify her after I made it anywhere but EM (and I’m not paying for reviews at this point from them), so when I dig further and no-one in the area heard of her, I cancelled. I don’t want to be a cautionary tale chasing tail.

I then reached out to reviewed providers and offered each one an advance gift and a meet-up in a public place. That eventually led to my upcoming first date, and hopefully that will create my first reference. If I lose the pre-meet-up gift then it’s a lesson learned.

Sign up for preferred 411 (p411). It is a verification service, well known and trusted by most providers. They will screen you, and then you can let the lucky lady know that you are "p411 verified." Best of luck and happy hobbying!

Participate on the forums. Four posts and 0 reviews does not get you very far.

100 posts show your a member of the community who participates. If your posts are well thought out and show drama free it will be much easier.

I don't think P411 is taking new members now.

Both with P411 and TER, I find them hard to use or even not worth it. I joined TER and the last several providers I’ve looked for, using their links, aren’t in the database. I’m sure that’s not news to experienced hobbyists. And yeah, P411 is closed to new members, so when a provider suggests that at a strategy for screening it has to mean you’ve been in the game a while as a client.

The only way I found P411 to be of value is the verification. Past that, the subscription did not do much for me.

I travel for work, but stay in a relatively close proximity to MY home address (500miles). If you were to travel across country, in NY one night, Houston, the next, Los Angeles tomorrow....then P411 would be for you. Otherwise find your local site and participate.

You're right, my apologies to the OP. I hadn't logged in for a while and just saw all the changes; it's moving to a "verification only" platform per Gina. It was great while it lasted. Great advice from the gentlemen above. Maybe you should take a trip to dallas. I see lots of ladies that adverstise as being "newbie friendly". Best of luck

Why not go with the way she like to screen you
make her feel safe and you feel safer .

If you chose a lady who's been around for a few years
and she take's on newbies,it's the safest way to go as for screening ,, You will have to give some info about yourself , but be worth it in the long run .

Paystubs or ID most of us don't use that for screening

Screening is so worth it then your on you way to freedom in the hobby..

A huge red flag is when guys wanna know how to start avoiding being screened. Anyone who meets before screening for "gifts" is putting herself in danger. No thanks. If you want reliable, viable dates maybe try doing as suggested above and do what the lady wants for screening. Everyone has different levels of what makes them comfortable. At least p411 has providers backs unlike most forums.
